Before card tricks, and rabbits being pulled from hats, magicians whispered into the ears of kings . . . Prepare to be spellbound by David Alnwick, occult illusionist, as he weaves a mesmerising tapestry of ancient sorcery and modern magic.
With references to Derren Brown, David Blaine, and Penn & Teller, David explores the mystical threads that connect the secrets of the past with the mystifying illusions of today. Discover the hidden rituals that have shaped the art of illusion and unearth the hidden links between art, science, religion, and magic.
