Anasa means breath in Greek, the quiet rhythm that connects body, emotion, and expression.This 3-hour journey invites you into that space in-between that brings together yoga, breath and theatre based practices in a playful and grounded way.

Through gentle yoga, breathwork and simple theatre exercises, we create a space for presence, creativity and connection.
No performance, no perfection, no experience needed - just space to breathe, move, and feel.
