Established in 2013, core members, Ryan Currier, Jens Beeder & Jack Frederickson formed the Kings after hashing it out in the raucous underground punk rock scene of the 2000’s. Blending a traditional horn section, with heavy riffs and a soul backbeat.
Their live shows are raw, uniting the audience with the band in a high energy heat.
Acting as their own record label, the Kings have independently released two full length albums, Elwood (2016), Love Trouble (2020), Singles, & EP Riot in the Alleyway (2014), with another full length Album currently underway. A love for old school sound & production, every song is recorded to analog tape under the helm of loyal Engineer, Nathan Yaccino, (Soundgarden, 3rd Secret, Brandi Carlile).

We’ve played legendary venues throughout the West Coast including The Tractor, Funhouse, Chop Suey, Conor Byrne, The Paramount, The Sunset, The Royal Room, Dantes and many more!
