About this Event
Indian food is now part of the fine-dining conversation, thanks to visionary chefs like Himanshu who have helped reshape perceptions of Indian cuisine: uniting deep cultural roots with contemporary imagination. Chef Saini’s 20-seat restaurant, Trèsind Studio, in Dubai, is the first Indian restaurant to be awarded a third Michelin star.
Join us for an insightful discussion with Himanshu who is celebrating the launch of his debut book The Rise of Indian Food, and is a daring and inventive chef who began his journey in the bylanes of Delhi and has been on a mission to change the perception of Indian cuisine and elevate how we experience Indian food today with dishes that fuse memory, technique and storytelling.
