Featured Artists
Host – ARSENA
ARSENA is an alternative R&B and folk singer-songwriter known for her heartfelt melodies, introspective storytelling, and multi-instrumental artistry. Born in Pittsburgh and raised in Charlotte, her sound is rooted in deep musical lineage—her father was the voice behind “Dance to the Drummers Beat” (1978), later sampled by icons like Michael Jackson and N.W.A. As an independent artist, she has toured internationally, received a standing ovation from Michael Jordan, and recently released 5ive Sun EP (2025), co-produced with CTM Outlander Publishing. Through her award-winning artist development company, Dear Soul Music Co., she empowers fellow artists with resources to thrive as independent artists beyond the traditional label model.
Sandie Lenay
Sandie Lenay is an elegant vocalist who celebrates a blend of Jazz, Pop, R&B, and Bossa Nova with a soft-styling touch. Born in New York City, her passion for performance ignited early—fueled by the excitement of Harlem jazz clubs, Broadway musicals, and Brooklyn dance parties, and nurtured by her musical Jamaican parents.
She studied voice and journalism at NYU before pivoting into the music industry as a publicist and event planner for Arista, Island Def Jam, and Epic Records. This unique position allowed her to work with recording artists while studying their artistry firsthand. Today, Sandie adds her unique gifts to those lessons, creating a modern, warm, and inviting style of singing. She looks forward to exploring her influences through an independent release in the future and continuing to craft beautiful vibes in every performance.
Aisha
Aisha is a South Carolina/North Carolina–based alto, singer, and songwriter with roots in Illinois. As a developing artist with a background in choir and theater, she brings both technical skill and heartfelt expression to every performance. Aisha has been featured in the ensemble cast of the award-winning NarroWay Productions and has graced the stage in multiple Fort Mill Community Playhouse productions. Though petite in stature, she is known for her big, soulful sound.
Blending acoustic guitar with vocals that cross genres and generations, Aisha delivers a versatile and emotive experience. She performs regularly throughout the South Charlotte/Fort Mill areas, engaging audiences with classic covers and original music.
Jinna Kim
Initially trained in classical music, Jinna Kim is a multidisciplinary immigrant artist based in Charlotte. In addition to being a 5-string violinist and violist, Jinna continues to perform and create public artwork and interdisciplinary projects that highlight diverse perspectives while weaving in educational and cultural content in delightful ways.
During the pandemic, Jinna won an artist scholarship to Kunstlerstadt Kalbe in Germany, followed by an ASC grant to attend World Expo Dubai. In the fall of 2025, she will have completed her second artist residency in France as a musician.
