An Evening of Wellbeing: Beach Edition – Community, Connection & Calm by the Sea📍 Portobello Beach Groyne 5Evening of Wellbeing events are monthly gatherings designed to give women a gentle space to pause, reflect and reconnect – with themselves and each other.
Each session focuses on a different wellbeing theme, always with a relaxed, supportive and welcoming vibe 🫶✨
This month, we’re taking it to the beach for a really special session filled with nature, community and calm.
Here’s what to expect:
🌊 Optional wild swimming – whether it’s a paddle or a full dip, the sea is calling!
🛶 Paddleboarding – have a go depending on the weather conditions 🤞
🔥 A cosy beach fire with calming meditation
🔮 Crystals and affirmation cards to reflect and inspire
💬 Time to chat, connect, and build community.
This evening is about slowing down, soaking up the moment and doing what feels right for you.
No experience is needed for anything, and all activities are optional. Just bring a towel, warm layers for after, and an open heart ❤️🥰
We also recommend bringing a camping chair, mat or blanket so you can get comfy around the fire.
Spaces are limited to keep the session intimate and relaxed – book early to save your spot.
