About this Event
For two evenings, Kissabō becomes a space for a slower kind of attention — where tea, fermentation, and seasonality meet.
Guided by Joyce Kwok Ying von Beuningen and Polly Yim, this experience unfolds through a series of carefully prepared teas and pairings. Drawing from traditional tea practices and contemporary fermentation, each moment is shaped around time, temperature, and transformation.
This is not a tasting in the usual sense, but a shared, guided experience — quiet, focused, and intentionally small.
