Join us in person for a refreshing and fun wellness experience! This workshop is all about growing, relaxing, and connecting with amazing people. Info: Check you tickets, and take account for guests present. To ensure gift bags is accounted for and receive yoga mat. Receive flower journal

Introduction and workshop begins
Info: Introduce myself and explain the workshop and intention and end goal of the workshop.
🕑: 07:30 PM - 08:00 PM
Select Your pots and seeds
Info: Grab your drinks and select your pots and flower seeds, I hand out shovels, soil and gloves, and craft merials to decorate your pots.

Decorate and mingle
Info: Decorate your pots, Add your soil and seeds, and water your plants, record ik your plant journal to keep track of your progress, Write down 7 affirmations for each day of the week, that you will speak to yourself anf your plants, this allows you to remember to pour into yourself and your plant for visual representation of your growth and your plants growth so you are both blooming together.

Mingle, eat, and network
Info: This time will be spent, eating mingling ,and networking and enjoying the time.

Yoga and Guided Meditation circle
Info: 2 sessions 10 minutes each, 10 minute yoga session for blooming and grounded, 10 minute Guided meditation circle to ground and nurture with the affirmations you written down,

End of work workshop
Info: Receive your gift bag, and a bag for your plant, you can either enjoy the rest of the workshop or end your time here.
