Join us for a special Fundraiser Flow Yoga Class in support of the American Heart Association. The AHA is the nation’s oldest and largest voluntary organization dedicated to fighting heart disease and stroke, and has invested more than $5 billion into research, making them the largest not-for-profit funding source for our heart health! This 75-minute session will be focused on the heart. 🧡 You will be lead through a series of poses designed to open and expand the rib cage, and strengthen the chest and upper back. Heart opening poses improve posture, cultivate emotional release and openness, increase lung capacity and boost energy levels! We will end our practice with a heart focused meditation. Like all our classes, this session is suitable for all levels, even those brand new to yoga!
After the session, stay and connect with fellow participants. Enjoy homemade cookies by Dragonfly client Allie Ladner, and learn how your donation will impact others with AHA representative Bri Demotto. Come move, breathe, and make a difference!
100% of the proceeds will be going to fund cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease research that directly impacts our community. AHA's medical advancements have helped save the lives of Dragonfly community members, so let's say thank you with a heart warming afternoon of yoga, love, and good company!
Day: Saturday April 5th
