Uncover the roots of your triggers and transform the way you perceive yourself and the world in this transformative guided journaling workshop. Through the practice of self-inquiry, you'll identify and challenge negative core beliefs that are distorting your reality, contributing to emotional pain, and affecting your relationships. Together, we’ll explore tools to rewrite your inner narrative, fostering healing, self-acceptance, and clarity.

All of the transformational work that I do is through a spiritual lens, considering the absolute highest truth.

There is no such thing as separation.

All suffering is a result of believing that we are separate.

This deep healing process often involves understanding how the human ego operates and expanding our God-idea (use whatever word resonates with you…Creator/Source/Spirit, etc).

This workshop is for you if -
