About this Event

Amenno is a film studio run by 4 friends who want to bring control of cinema back into the hands of the people who care about it most: audiences, filmmakers, and independent cinema owners. This allows us to bring audiences into space they've never been before and experience something truly different where they can watch good films with some good people

Amenno in the Cinema is a showcase like no other. 6 independent films are shown, immediately followed by a QnA between the filmmakers and the audience, allowing the audience to engage with the filmmakers in an immersive and intimate cinema experience.

The New Black Film Collective is an organisation that pushes to cultivate a vibrant Black ecosystem within the UK screen industry. They provide a range of events and activities every year with the aim of highlighting the brilliant work done by Black creatives within the cinematic space.
