I hereby acknowledge and accept any and all risks from my participation in this yoga session. I understand that I am receiving yoga instructions from an instructor who is not an employee of You Call This Yoga. I waive and release any claims I may have against You Call This Yoga and ReCity Network, its officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents in the event of any harm, and they, as released parties, will not be responsible for any and all harm or injuries. I further allow You Call This Yoga to use my image in any promotional materials. This acceptance and waiver shall bind my heirs, successors and assigns.
