You haven't done Zumba if it hasn't been with Zumba Ellen!This Zumba class will be a concise 45 minute HIGH energy workout to wake up your week with fun in fitness! Class dance routines will stay consistent for 6-8 weeks to ensure time to become familiar with the routines and get the most out of your workout. Don't be intimidated, the workout is so fun, you'll never know it's fitness.
Never tried Zumba before? No worries! We welcome all fitness levels, ages, and no dance background required. A judgement free space and full of fun, new experiences. You'll definitely leave happier and healthier than when you came! Everyone is welcome to come dance with us! Zumba really is the most fun workout you'll ever do. Nobody cares if you don't know how to dance, if you're off beat the whole time, or you have to rest in between songs. Zumba is for you! A time to experience something new, a time to laugh at yourself, a time to bond with friends, and time to put your physical and mental health FIRST!
Class is held in the large group exercise studio with the lights turned down low so it's just you and the music. I cannot wait to dance with you!
