Let this be YOUR community! We come together from all different fitness levels, different religions, different dance experiences, even different health goals, but together we are women working to gain health and looking make true connections in life!
Zumba really is the most fun workout you'll ever do. Nobody cares if you don't know how to dance, if you're off beat the whole time, or you have to rest in between songs. Zumba is for you! A time to experience something new, a time to laugh at yourself, a time to bond with friends, and time to put your physical and mental health FIRST! Don't expect to follow the routines perfectly your first class, but the songs and moves will repeat each week and you will learn! Consider this the same as any other sport you're learning for the first time. You CAN do it!
Class is located in the gymnasium which features two full basketball courts in length, leaving ample room for participants plenty of space to find your comfort zone. Whether you're a front row diva or prefer to shimmy in the shadows, we've got room for you!
Do as little or as much as you can, just do something!!! You deserve it!!

Childcare available for children 0-12 years old at $2/child. Childcare is held in an adjoining classroom next to the gym. Childcare payment is made to Ellen Gipson, but all funds go straight to the sitter for devoting a school night to care for our children.
Children 13-16 yr are welcome to participate in the Zumba class with parents' permission for $2.
I am so appreciative to Discover Life Church for providing a building for our classes. Please be respectful of their facility and religious beliefs. We conclude every workout with heart of thankfulness and a short Christian prayer.
