About this Event

The opening night concert at All Kinds of Everything will feature a stunning lineup of the best contemporary folk artists in Ireland.

An experimental folk songwriter, singer and producer from the north of Ireland and raised between the drumlins of Strangford Lough and East Belfast, Joshua Burnside’s music both defines and defies the place he calls home. Blending tense electronica with Irish folk and traditional songwriting, his work explores family, trauma, renewal and the economics of existence. His critically acclaimed album Teeth of Time was named one of the BBC 6 Music Albums of the Year and was nominated for the 2025 Choice Music Prize, the RTÉ Radio 1 Folk Awards and the NI Music Prize. His new album, It’s Not Going to Be Okay, is released in March 2026 via Nettwerk.

DUG consists of Californian Jonny Pickett and folk artist Lorkin O’Reilly (26M+ Spotify streams). DUG have firmly established themselves as one of the most unique and relatable forces in the folk music revival. Their debut album 'Have At It!' was released to great reviews on Claddagh Records in 2025. DUG are an unapologetically modern band. Their music stems from roots in musical traditions spanning both sides of the pond. In one breath, echoing the great American folk troubadours, and in another, comfortably channelling the elder statesmen of Irish folk. Taking the heavy with the light and being able to translate it into a foot-tapping, infectious contemporary folk sound is what DUG do best. They don’t need to posture; their music is naturally playful and honest, inviting you along on their musical journey.

PORTS are coming to All Kinds of Everything this Easter. Expect layered vocals, rich harmony and a sound that feels both intimate and powerful in the room. Their live shows have a way of drawing you in - grounded, atmospheric and full of feeling from start to finish. Fresh from the release of their new album The Eyes of the Moon, the Derry trio continue to step forward with confidence, weaving melody and atmosphere into songs that explore connection and belonging.

Homegrown duo Tessio aka Jude McCandless and Callum Feeney will bring their close harmonies and acoustic sound to the stage at Derry’s exciting new festival. Influenced by Simon and Garfunkel, The Everly Brothers and The La’s, the pair write, record and produce their own music. Their self-titled album, released in December 2024, earned a spot in Music Republic Magazine’s ‘Best of 2024’. Over the past four years they’ve played sold-out shows across Ireland, performed at the RTÉ Radio 1 Folk Awards in Vicar Street and at Other Voices, and supported the likes of Hothouse Flowers, Muireann Bradley and John Francis Flynn.
