Transforming Inner Knowing Into Real Results
About this Event

Aligned Action Lab: From Inner Knowing to Real Results

This is a space for women who already know and are ready to move. Inside the lab, we bridge intuition with execution through grounded strategy, aligned planning, and real-time support. You’ll take what you’ve been feeling, sensing, and envisioning and turn it into clear, tangible action that creates momentum in your business and your life.

Ideal for business owners or creatives in a season of growth, pivot, or refinement who are ready to turn clarity into action.

You’ll walk away with clear action steps you can start implementing immediately.

About Your Facilitators

Regyna Curtis is the Founder of Atmaitri and Co-Founder of the Mingle! Learning Collaborative, where bold leaders gather to learn, work, and grow together instead of trying to build everything alone.

She is the creator of the Charting Your Course system, a practical framework that helps visionary leaders move with their natural rhythms and turn inner clarity into aligned action.

Known as a Soul Rhythm Activator, Regyna guides entrepreneurs in trusting their inner knowing, making confident decisions, and actually following through on what matters. Her work blends intuition, strategy, and real-time application so ideas don’t just feel good… they get done.

In this experience, Regyna will help you transform your inner knowing into clear direction, focused action, and meaningful progress.

Dr. Molly Sandeep is the Founder of Aluma Wellness Studio, where she supports individuals in reconnecting with their bodies through integrative care that blends chiropractic and acupuncture.

With a deep understanding of how the body holds stress, tension, and untapped potential, Molly helps her clients regulate their nervous systems, restore balance, and create a foundation for sustainable growth. Her work is rooted in the belief that true transformation happens when the body is supported, not pushed.

In this experience, Molly creates a grounded, supportive environment that allows you to slow down, tune in, and access the clarity your body already holds so you can move forward with greater ease and confidence.

Optional: Bring Your Birth Details

If you’d like to access a deeper layer of insight during our time together, you’re invited to bring your birth details. This allows you to work with the Charting Your Course system in a more personalized way, using your unique timing and rhythms to guide your next steps.

Please bring your birth date, exact birth time, and birth location if you have them.

This is completely optional. You’ll receive full value from the experience either way, with plenty of tools and guidance to support your next steps.

What to Bring

Come as you are, and come ready to move.

  • An open mind
  • Your biggest, most exciting dreams and ideas
  • Any tools you like to create with (journal, favorite pens, sketchbook, etc.)
  • Anything you are actively working on right now

Dress comfortably. We’ll be sitting on floor cushions, with chairs available if you prefer.

We’ll have snacks, hot tea, and water available, along with a selection of markers and worksheets to support you in gathering your ideas and moving them into action.

This is not just a brainstorming session. This is an aligned action laboratory where you’ll be working on real projects and making meaningful progress in real time.
