InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta, in partnership with lululemon, presents a complimentary Wellness Experience Series this spring. Join us in April, May, and June for thoughtfully curated sessions including yoga, somatics, Pilates, and more, led by incredible lululemon ambassadors.

For the next event of our Align Series, we welcome lululemon ambassador and instructor Tara Thomas of [solidcore]. Known exclusively for her signature approach, Tara’s method centers on slow, controlled movement paired with low-impact, high-intensity strength training.
Each deliberate movement is designed to work deeper and hit harder. Expect a slow, intentional pace that challenges every muscle, plenty of shaking, a deep, satisfying burn, and a full-body workout that leaves you feeling stronger, energized, and well-earned in your sweat.
