About this Event
Align & Attune is a two-part experience co-led by Tifftopia and LilyAna, designed to guide guests through a full-body reset using movement, sound, and ritual. The journey begins with a grounding, embodied flow led by Tifftopia — a mindful movement practice that opens the body, clears the mind, and anchors participants into presence. From there, guests transition into the hamam, where LilyAna leads a deep and resonant sound bath — weaving gongs, elemental textures, and intuitive vocals to guide the group into stillness, release, and vibrational attunement. Together, the fusion of movement and sound creates a powerful arc of regulation, expansion, and return. Aligning the body, and attuning the spirit.
