Abstract
In this presentation, Akram Al Ariss will focus on what research in management has informed us about the employment of international migrants and what the research avenues are that could be explored in the future. The presentation builds on examples from his research on this topic covering populations such as skilled migrants, migrant CEOs, and refugees.
Speaker
Akram Al Ariss is Professor of HRM at TBS Business School, France. He research focuses on international mobility and global talent management issues, including international migration. His work has been published in top management journals such as Journal of Management, Journal of World Business, Academy of Management Perspectives among others. He has been Associate Editor of Human Resource Management Review and European Management Review.
