About this Event
Most AI workshops show you what's possible.
This one makes it happen.
You've probably watched a demo. You've maybe even had a play with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot or asked it to write something for you.
But have you actually built something with AI?
A real working product, something your customers could use, something that solves a problem you've had for years?
That's what happens in this room.
In four hours, working in small groups or individually, you'll go through the complete process, from shaping your idea, to prompting AI tools effectively, to building a live working app using Lovable, to presenting what you made. You leave with skills, scripts, credits, and something you actually built.
No coding. No technical background needed. Just your idea and the willingness to get hands on.
Why this workshop is different
There are plenty of AI events in Scotland right now. Vibe coding sessions, no-code demos, build nights. Most of them jump straight to the tool.
This one doesn't.
Before you touch Lovable, you'll work through a proper design thinking process so you're building the right thing - not just anything.
You'll learn how to prompt AI tools so they actually do what you want, across whatever tools you already use.
You’ll then build your MVP, a real digital product using what you’ve worked on in Lovable.
And at the end of the day you'll present what you built and get real feedback on it.
Think. Prompt. Build. Pitch. In that order. For a reason.
What you take away
- A working MVP* (Minimum Viable Product) prototype you built on the day.
- Prompting scripts that work across any AI tool - yours to keep.
- Lovable credits to keep building after the event
- The design thinking framework from Technology Coaching's CPD Innovation Course
- The confidence to build your own projects without needing a developer
- New connections with founders and business owners doing the same thing
Who this is for
- Founders with an idea they haven't built yet.
- Business owners who want to understand what AI can actually do for them
- Non-technical people who want to build something anyway
- People who've opened ChatGPT but never gone further
- Anyone who wants to prototype faster and stop waiting for a developer
Curious people who learn best by doing
You don't need to know how to code. You don't need to have used Lovable before. You just need an idea, even a rough one, and a willingness to get your hands on it.
