About this Event
Alexander joined Chapman Taylor’s Manchester studio in 2016, focusing on residential and mixed-use projects within the Feasibility team. He has worked across all stages, including the delivery of Manchester Goods Yard in 2021.
A strong advocate for sustainable design, he leads the practice’s Responsible Design Steering Group, driving environmental best practice and innovation.
In his talk, Alex will highlight how AI is enabling smarter, more sustainable architecture- from carbon modelling to material selection and operational efficiency- helping reduce environmental impact while maximising long-term value.
