The ceremony will begin with ceremonial cacao, an ancient heart-opening plant medicine and a beautiful way to ease into the experience.
From there, you’ll be guided into a sound meditation and immersive sound journey led by Sound Fairy and Moon Ridge Sound.
Please bring a hat for shade if you have one. Mats and eye covers infused with essential oils will be provided for your comfort.
The sound journey will last approximately 30–55 minutes, allowing plenty of time to relax, reset, and receive.
