About this Event

A Conversation on W**d, Psychedelics, and the Brain

Join a neuroscientist and cannabis industry expert for W**d and Psychedelics: Consciousness, Creativity, & The Brain, an engaging discussion on how cannabis and psychedelic substances shape the mind. We’ll dive into what science reveals about substances like THC and psilocybin and how they alter awareness, shift perspective, and open new ways of thinking. Together, we’ll explore how these compounds influence consciousness, spark creativity, and interact with the brain’s networks tied to perception, mood, and cognition.

This isn’t a lecture or a debate. It’s a lively, interactive conversation designed to spark curiosity and thoughtful discussion - best enjoyed with a drink in hand. No neuroscience background required; curiosity is all you need.

Come explore big questions about the mind, share perspectives, and meet fellow curious thinkers through your After5 Society.
