About this Event

After the Diagnosis is a free, quarterly, in-person seminar providing a road map of information and resources to guide those impacted by dementia and their care partners. Light refreshments will be served mid-event. Convenient and handicap accessible parking available at the location. If you have any questions or need assistance with registration, please call (507) 538-4048.
