Using aerial hammocks to suspend us during a sound healing mediation helps us to reach even deeper levels of relaxation and healing. Unlike traditional mats which may cause some discomfort the hammock distributes your weight evenly reducing strain on joints and muscles. This heightened level of comfort allows you to fully relax and surrender to the experience enhancing the effectiveness of the sound healing therapy.
Studies have shown that the gentle swaying motions of the hammocks mimic the rocking sensation of being in the womb which soothes not only babies but also adults into a sense of deep relaxation and blissful sleep. The brain wave synchronization that occurs during a sound bath is much easier to achieve when paired with a rocking motion and allows the listener to feel more at home and connected to how we spent the first 9 months of our lives.
Your event host Georgie will guide you through a Soundbath of reset divine inner-connection and chakra cleansing whilst floating off the ground in the cocoon. This Monday night aerial sound bath is the perfect end to the bank holiday weekend and will guide you into a higher state of vibration and allow you to release anything that no longer serves you so you can leave with a clean slate and renewed energy.

Additional Information
- Essential oils incense music and sound may be used during the session. Please make us aware of any allergies or conditions before the session.
- Wear comfortable clothing - you may get hot or cold during a session so wearing layers that you can put on or take off is advised.
- Avoid heavy meals 2 hours prior to the session start time
- Do not consume alcohol or drugs before the session
- Blankets will be provided but please bring an eye mask if you would like one
- If possible try to avoid excess caffeine before the session as it may help you have a more restful experience and help your thoughts to drift away more easily.
- Sound healing may not be suitable for individuals with the following conditions and they may need to obtain permission from their healthcare professional before they can attend a session. Please get in touch if you have any questions and let your practitioner know about any conditions before attending a session. Conditions: Epilepsy history of seizures or any condition that could be triggered by sound a pacemaker first and third trimester of pregnancy serious mental health conditions.
- As with any new therapy it is recommended to consult with your healthcare provider before trying sound healing if you have any medical conditions or concerns. Sound healing should not be used as a replacement for traditional medical treatments. It can be used as a complementary therapy to support overall health and well-being but it is not a substitute for medical care.
