About this Event
This Aerial Nidra Meditation is a deeply restful, no-movement experience designed to support profound relaxation and nervous system reset.
You’ll be gently settled into the aerial hammock, where the body is fully supported and held. From here, Cori will guide you through a soothing meditation inspired by yoga nidra, inviting the mind to soften while the body rests completely still.
Participants wear headphones throughout the session, allowing you to feel safely cocooned and undisturbed, with sound delivered directly and quietly to you. This creates a sense of privacy and containment, helping you fully disconnect from external noise and distractions.
There is no physical movement in this session. It is suitable for most bodies and ideal if you are feeling tired, overwhelmed, or simply craving deep rest.
No previous experience with meditation, aerial yoga or sound practices is required - just arrive and rest.
