Join MATTER and the Lundbeck US Charitable Fund for the 2025 Advancing Brain Health Innovation Summit, a one-day conference bringing together clinicians, researchers, patients, caregivers, startups and industry leaders to drive innovation and collaboration in rare neurological diseases.
Through keynotes, expert panels and interactive sessions, the summit will explore innovative solutions, share real-world experiences and advance strategies to improve diagnosis, treatment and care. Confirmed speakers include Nasha Fitter, co-founder and CEO of FOXG1 Research Foundation and co-founder and chief business officer at Citizen Health; Dr. Tamar Caceres, assistant professor at Rush University Medical Center; Ayesha Akhtar, vice president of health equity, education and advocacy at the Epilepsy Foundation; and Joe Lindahl, CEO at Mission MSA.
A highlight of the event is the Startup Showcase, where the for the will pitch their solutions to redefine care for people with rare neurological diseases. This 12-week accelerator provides participants with mentorship, an interactive curriculum and other exclusive resources. One startup will be chosen to conduct a validation study with a leading validation site.
In addition to thought-provoking discussions, the summit will offer valuable in-person networking opportunities, fostering connections that will help shape the future of brain health innovation.
