This experiential workshop is designed for professionals, healthcare workers, educators, and high-performing individuals navigating chronic stress, overwhelm, emotional fatigue, and burnout.
In today’s fast-paced environments, many people understand stress mentally but have never been taught how to understand the relationship between the nervous system and mind-body directly.
This 90 minute workshop offers a practical and embodied approach to stress recovery through somatic nervous system education, guided experiential exercises, and immediately applicable regulation tools.
