Our furry friends will join you on the mat as you flow through an all levels-friendly vinyasa style yoga class led by our experienced instructors. Not only will you get a great workout, but you’ll also have the opportunity to connect with some adorable pups looking for their forever homes. Practical Details:
Attire: Wear comfortable yoga attire.
What to Bring: Don't forget your yoga mat and water. Denver Yoga Social (DYS) will have a few extra mats available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Parking at the Catbird Hotel is available for $15 at a discount with the discounted validation available at THE BAR AFTER CLASS. Without Validation valet parking is $20. There is also street parking around the venue.
