She is the founder of Sound Healing Project and is passionate about creating inclusive, grounding spaces for rest and reconnection.
This program takes place in the Steve Silver Music Room located on the 4th Floor of the Main Library.
Registration is required. Sign-ups will begin a month before the program. It is recommended that you bring a yoga mat, but if you need one, the library can also provide it. Additionally, blankets, pillows, and an eye mask are highly recommended.
