Active Flow

The steady rhythm helps to build strength, flexibility, and balance while also calming the mind. Each session begins with gentle warm-ups, moves through active standing and balancing postures, and closes with grounding stretches and relaxation.

Clear guidance and options are provided throughout, making the class accessible for all levels. Whether you are new to yoga or more experienced, you can adjust the intensity to suit your needs and enjoy a balanced, energizing practice. This class is held in English.

The Art.OM studio is located on the ground floor, just to the left in the hallway when you enter the building. You can bring your own mat or use one of ours.
