Active Flow

The steady rhythm helps to build strength, flexibility, and balance while also calming the mind. Each session begins with gentle warm-ups, moves through active standing and balancing postures, and closes with grounding stretches and relaxation.

Some prior yoga experience is recommended. The class offers a balanced, energising practice suitable for those familiar with basic yoga techniques. This class is held in English.

The Art.OM studio is located on the ground floor, just to the left in the hallway when you enter the building. You can bring your own mat or use one of ours.
