WiLD WorkShop: Filled Pasta Pasta is one of the most transcendent foods, a world over. From Rags to Riches, Noodles have nestled themselves into kitchens around the globe. We will be focusing on the Italian Tradition of pasta making, praised for its simplicity and pedigree. You would be hard pressed to find a country more dedicated to any 1 singular food.
In this 2 hour workshop, we’ll aim to broaden the understanding of Fresh Filled Pasta and Reintroduce everyone to something so familiar! All Pasta starts here, in the most basic of forms, and is only limited in where it leads you by your own imagination!
We’ll Cover different types of Long Noodles in this Course, including (But Not Limited to):
Ravioli
Tortellini
Agnolotti
Cappitelli
Workshop:
Scratch Pasta Demo: A Short Lecture on the basic fundamentals of Scratch Pasta Making. The Heart of a Pastai”EAU” beats to the rhythm in the process and understanding what a Dough kneads to become a Simply Sensational Delicacy!
Followed directly by a demonstration on technique before spending the majority of time in a hands-on production, in which our Chefs will be guiding the class through the idiosyncrasies of crafting Pasta. We will cover proper cooking techniques, and how to compose a dish to kick off your creative curiosities, and tease just a nibble of what you can do with your newly acquired skill set!
