Letting go of old expectations and stepping forward with fresh energy...Join us on Tuesday 27 January for an immersive wellness experience to guide parents to release what no longer serves them and step freshly into the energy of the year ahead.
Held in the serene Hammersmith Quaker Meeting House, this intimate gathering blends somatic movement, meditation, sound and conscious community.
Together, we explore the symbolic transition from the Year of the Snake (shedding, clearing, letting go) toward the powerful Fire Horse year (creativity, courage, momentum).
