Step into the height of the sun!
On the longest day of the year—the Summer Solstice—we gather in honor of light, vitality, and the energy that sustains and moves us forward.
Falling on a Sunday, and aligned with Father’s Day, this offering invites us to explore the essence of the masculine—not only as strength, structure, and presence—but also in its capacity to soften, feel, and receive.
Whether you are:
- Celebrating a father or father figure
- Exploring your own relationship to masculine energy
- Seeking balance between effort and ease
- Excited to harness the energy of the solstice

☀️ What to Expect (1–3 PM)
A thoughtfully curated, all-levels experience weaving together:
We will begin with a 30 minute family/partner yoga class. Led by Chasity Ramsey, Usui Reiki Master and Trauma-Counscious Yoga Teacher, this class will be an engaging and fun time to connect to each other while grounding into the energy of the day ahead!
Next you can choose between a SOMA Breathwork experience with Jantzen O'Toole or join Tracey Waldroup in creating an art piece together, as a family! This process art piece will be centered around building connection and trust within the family unit and freely expressing yourself.
We will end the day with a short soundbath experience!
Artisnal Bakes by Ariella will be around during our solstice event! Stop by for free samples! Artisanal Bakes specializes in delicious and organic treats that cater to a variety of food sensitivites including dairy free, gluten free, and vegan. Sweet, salty and spicy items will be offered, including sourdough breads, cakes, snack dips, and butters!
