About this Event
As the wheel turns and we arrive at the threshold of spring, you’re invited into a nourishing half-day mini retreat for women, queer, and non-binary folks — a space to soften, awaken, and attune to what is ready to emerge in this next season of your life.
Held in the spirit of the spring equinox and inspired by Ostara, this four-hour gathering invites you to reconnect with your body as a source of creative wisdom through guided meditation and gentle embodiment practices.
Creatively, each participant will embroider symbols of growth onto an embroidery hoop — a tactile ritual of intention and devotion. Stitch by stitch, we will honour beginnings, nurture possibility, and give form to what we are choosing to cultivate.
This mini retreat is an invitation to slow down and mark the seasonal shift with care and community. No prior embroidery experience is needed — only a willingness to arrive as you are. A light vegan lunch will be provided. Ages 14+.
We look forward to welcoming you into this shared season of becoming.
