A SEND Family Event – Hosted by BANG

Families Together is a joyful, inclusive community event designed to bring SEND children and young people together with their families — and to welcome the wider community in celebration of creativity, connection and culture.

Hosted by BANG, this special event showcases our long-standing work with children and young people in Brent, including the involvement of BANGIN’ Radio alumni as our event host and DJ.

Whether you are a SEND family, a friend, neighbour, school partner or community supporter — everyone is welcome to join us for an afternoon of fun and togetherness.

Activities are optional and designed to allow children and families to participate in their own way and at their own pace.

Photos and videos may be taken during the event for community reporting and promotional purposes. Please inform us on arrival if you prefer not to be included.

✔ The event will be appropriately staffed to ensure a safe and secure environment.
✔ Sensory-aware planning and flexible participation are built into the day.
✔ Clear signage and friendly floor staff will be available throughout.

🎟 Entry is FREE using the RSVP ticket option, however we welcome donations.

NB: There are two ticket options. For free entry, add 'FREE RSVP' ticket to basket. If you would like to make a donation, please also add 'DONATION (optional)' ticket to basket and at checkout, choose your desired amount.

If you would not like to make a donation, you do not have to add that ticket type to your basket.

All proceeds will go towards supporting future SEND provision and community events delivered by BANG.

Your support helps us continue building inclusive opportunities for children and families in Brent.

🚗 Free parking available.
Priority parking will be given to families with SEND access needs.

🎟 Advance booking via Eventbrite is required, including parking reservations.
Spaces are limited, so please book early.

This event is centred around SEND children and young people and their families, while warmly welcoming the wider community to attend and support.

All families will be asked to register upon arrival. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during the event. A clearly signposted safeguarding and first aid point will be available throughout the day for anyone who needs support or assistance.
