About the Author
Growing up, Emilia Emerson wanted to be an author, a therapist, and an ice cream stand owner. After eight years working as a trauma therapist, she checked one dream off the list by becoming a full-time author. The ice cream stand remains pending.
Emilia loves romance because it promises guaranteed happily ever afters, cozy characters who genuinely care for one another, and found families who face challenges together. She believes everyone deserves to see themselves in love stories, and her books feature meaningful disability and mental health representation.
When she’s not writing, Emilia can usually be found embroidering, making pottery, napping with her dog, or reading romance novels. Raised in a multicultural Swedish-Iranian household, she’s an adventurer at heart with a deep love of travel and experiencing new cultures.
Her other works include the Forbidden Duet, Cherished, and the Empire of Royals Mafia, written under the pen name Emilia Rossi.
