About this Event
Join us for an Earth Liberation Reading & Open Mic featuring eco-poet and activist Hillary Gonzalez, author of Wild, Unfelt World, a luminous collection of eco-poetry rooted in birdsong, seasons, and radical attention to the living world.
Celebrate Earth Day with an evening of poetry, climate justice, and collective reflection.
The night begins with an open mic, welcoming original poetry and prose about climate justice, environmental grief, resistance, healing, and the natural world.
Following the open mic, eco-poet and activist Hillary Gonzalez will read from Wild, Unfelt World, a powerful eco-poetry collection written during early-morning bird walks and inspired by forests, marshes, and seasonal rhythms. The event will include a conversation, audience Q&A, and book signing.
Rooted in themes of conservation, neurodivergence, queerness, and spirituality, this Earth Liberation gathering invites us to listen more closely—to the land and to each other.
