About this Event
A Night of Healing is an intentional wellness and creative experience designed to support anyone on a journey of self-discovery, restoration, and inner alignment.
This evening creates space for healing in many forms — spiritually, mentally, physically, and emotionally — through movement, meditation, spoken word, art, and community connection. Healing looks different for everyone, and this event invites you to explore what healing means for you.
Guests will experience guided meditation, yoga, a dance alchemy session, spoken word performances, holistic wellness offerings, and interactive creative tables including affirmations, vision boards, and reproductive health education. Local Black-owned and woman-owned businesses will also be featured throughout the space, along with so much more!
This event also serves as a fundraiser in support of an upcoming dance + documentary film premiere centered on healing through creativity. Your presence directly contributes to bringing that project to life.
✨ Small gift bags with affirmation cards and healing elements will be provided while supplies last.

Info: This consists of multiple Black-owned businesses that caters towards healing and self exploration. Whether that is through what you consume food wise and/or how you express your feelings, emotions, etc. in a creative outlet (such as retail therapy, therapeutic art, body art, etc.). You will also have the chance to learn about reproductive illnesses, what to do about them, and how you can be of help to someone in your life or community whom is experiencing these health challenges.
