DEMONSTRATION EVENT.
Your Chef: Deniz Tarakciogu
During this demnostration class,we will transport your senses to a cozy Parisian bistro with this elegant three-hour culinary showcase. A multi-course menu that balances the rustic charm of the French countryside with the refined techniques of the city's finest kitchens.
On the menu tonight:
• House-made Sourdough with Warm Camembert and Lavender Honey.
• Clams Marinier: Clams cooking in White Wine with Tomatoes, Leeks, Green Peppercorns, Fresh Herbs and served with Crispy House Baguette
• Steak au Poivre: Roasted Canadian Prime Tenderloin, Cognac Cream Sauce, Wild Mushrooms
• Sweet Potato Gratin with Comté and Lavender
• Warm Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream
$129 + GST per person (tickets must be purchased in pairs)

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
