This class explores the rustic, soulful cuisine of Brittany, a region where the sea and countryside meet.
On the menu tonight:
Crab Bisque
This French crab bisque is a luxurious, velvety soup crafted by flambéing aromatics and crab shells in Cognac and red wine, then blending the mixture into a rich, cream-infused broth served over fresh crab meat.
Sockeye Salmon in Tarragon Cream Sauce
Elegant dish features pan-seared sockeye salmon served over roasted baby potatoes and smothered in a rich, aromatic cream sauce brightened with white wine, Dijon mustard, fresh tarragon, and a medley of tender garden vegetables.
Warm Chocolate Raspberry Soufflé
Decadent dessert features a light, airy dark chocolate cake with a molten heart, served alongside a sophisticated raspberry and Cognac coulis for a perfect balance of rich cocoa and bright acidity.

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - Visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
Cancellation policy:
If you cancel your registration with at least 72 hours' notice, you will be refunded the cost of the class.
No refund, transfer to another class, or credit will be issued if cancelled with less than 72 hours' notice, but you can send somebody in your place.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food allergies, taste aversions or other concerns.
