Description: Join us at the Home of Chicken & Waffles as we celebrate the inauguration of the new Oakland City Council members! It's a fresh start for our city, and we want you to be a part of it. At this stressful time for our city we have 3 new City Council Members. Make Oakland Better Now! will host a reception on Thursday February 72 at 6:30pm. This is your opportunity to meet two of the new council members and other involved community members. Business owners as well as residents are encouraged to attend to ask about what matters most to you. Meet Ken Houston (District 7) and Zak Unger (District 1) .
