Join me for a blissful morning at River Haven. The geometric dome is a unique, grounded sanctuary where the architecture is just as impressive as the view, set on top of a hill overlooking the lake. It’s a beautiful space designed to let you feel the weight lift—leaving you centered in your body and back in rhythm with yourself.
We’ll begin the morning with refreshing botanical tea as everyone arrives and settles into the shared energy of the morning. From this place of connection, we move into the Seeded Release. You will be given seeded paper to write down what you are ready to let go of—anything that no longer serves you. Instead of just leaving those words behind, we will plant them. You’ll receive your own small terracotta pot and soil to house your paper. You’ll take this pot home with you, allowing what you’ve released to literally grow into something new and beautiful in your own space.
Once the intentions are planted, we move into the sound bath. Under the vaulted lines of the dome, you’ll be guided through a meditation that leads into a deep frequency immersion. The acoustics here are one-of-a-kind, creating a physical sense of rejuvenation that stays with you long after you leave.
This is more than a morning away; it’s a quiet recalibration. Spaces are intentionally limited to maintain the intimate energy of the dome. Reserve your place and prepare to return to your own rhythm.

Important Logistics:
To ensure we can all begin together, please arrive promptly at the base of the hill. From there, we’ll take a short walk up to our space. While it’s a quick trip, it does include a small incline that requires a bit of physical exertion, so comfortable footwear like sneakers is highly encouraged. To ensure everyone's safety and comfort, please reach out with any questions if you have concerns about physical exertion or sensitivities before registering. A waiver will be shared with you upon purchase of your ticket to be signed prior to the event.
Street parking is available, and there are a few dedicated spots right at the base of the hill. For your comfort, a restroom is available on-site once we reach the dome.
