This 2-hour breathwork and sound healing ceremony is designed for anyone who's been quietly waiting for permission to come back to themselves.

This ceremony is your invitation to slow down, turn inward, and remember.

Through guided breathwork and immersive sound healing, you'll be held in a safe, emotionally supported space to release what's been weighing on you, reconnect with your body, and take one intentional step toward the most emotionally and mentally expressed version of yourself.

This isn't about fixing anything. It's about returning to you — the you that exists beneath the stress, the noise, and the expectations.

Important: Its recommended that you dress in layers as this somactic expereince its known to shift the natural tempature of your body.

• Avoid eating 60 minutes prior
• No substances 24 hours before or after

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to ensure time for parking and setting up your space - there is additional parking behind the building 🙏

This event will be held in the sacred community space at Sakala you will find parking out front on the street as and a cozy waiting area upon your arrival
