A Chakra-Based Movement, Sound & Healing Experience
This immersive, multi-modal experience guides participants through the seven chakras, using intentional movement, breath, sound, and affirmation to support grounding, emotional expression, confidence, love, truth, intuition, and spiritual connection. Each segment is led by a dedicated instructor and designed to meet participants exactly where they are.

You can join us for any class (single or multiple) or the whole 7-week series!
Enhance your session with a ceremonial drink ritual, intentionally crafted to resonate with the chakra of the session.

At the end of each class, the affirmation of the day will be repeated collectively. Participants will then be invited to either write their affirmation or speak it out loud, reinforcing intention, embodiment, and integration.
