A Guided Journalling Session: Feelings & Needs
This is a small, guided journalling session focused on exploring your feelings and needs in a clear and practical way.
We’ll use simple prompts and structured reflection to help you slow down, make sense of what’s going on internally, and gain a bit more clarity. You don’t need any prior experience with journalling.
This is not group therapy, but a quiet, contained space to reflect and, if you choose, share.
What to expect
- A small group (max 6 people)
- Short guided journalling exercises
- Use of feelings & needs cards
- Optional sharing
- A calm, informal setting
About the host
I’m a counsellor based in Singapore, focusing on identity, transitions, and expat life.
I’m a Korean adoptee who grew up in Europe and have lived across several countries, which shapes how I understand questions of belonging and starting over.
