ABOUT YOUR HOSTS:

Chris has had the honor of holding space throughout the Denver Metro area, weaving together energy and intention as he guides a diverse array of practices—from the dynamic flow of Vinyasa to the stillness of Nidra and all the alchemy in between. What fuels his journey is the profound soul-to-soul connections he cultivates with those who allow him to guide their practice. Each encounter becomes a mirror, reflecting wisdom and inspiring transformation that transcends the mat.
You can find creative transitions, arm balances, inversions and emphasis on breath as Chris takes you through a hatha-vinyasa inspired flow with dope beats to keep you moving.
In 2024, he answered another calling, immersing himself in the art of Conscious Breathwork—a practice that became a pivotal catalyst for his own awakening. Now, he shares this transformative modality, inviting others to embark on their own journey of evolution, peeling back layers to reveal their highest and most luminous selves.

Neli is a certified intuitive Master Reiki practitioner, teacher and NBC-HWC wellness coach with a B.S. in Lifestyle Medicine. She uses energy healing and intuitive guidance to help individuals raise awareness and stimulate their innate ability to self-heal. Neli’s ultimate purpose is to help others reconnect with their inner magic, inspiring a deeper sense of joy, clarity, and inner peace.
Her healing journey began at a young age through dreams and premonitions, sparking a lifelong exploration of intuition and self-discovery. Immigrating from Eastern Europe and navigating constant relocation, she gained early insight into detachment and shadow-work, which later became foundational to her approach to healing. In 2015, her move to the Rocky Mountains deepened her spiritual path through yoga and mindfulness, leading her to embrace the beauty of self-liberation and love for what IS.
Neli’s work centers on helping others release trauma from the nervous system, rediscover their inner light, and embody their true essence. She believes that keeping the magic alive within our minds makes life more meaningful and fun, and she is honored to guide others on their journey to wholeness.

Quiggy is a Self-Love Coach, Mindfulness Teacher and Intentional DJ, concocting crisp and compassionate combinations of inspirational coaching, meditation and dope dance parties for his client's and community.
