A Ceremony for Womens' Vibrance

Gather in Ceremony, Touch into Vibrance

This Ceremonial gathering is intended to celebrate the the natural rhythms of regeneration and vitality in our bodies. We will work herbs and planetary transits during this Scorpio Season to help us unify ourselves from within and feel renewed.

We are working with the Universial Hermetic law of 'As above, so below. As within, so without' to understand our relationship with our bodies, the Earth, and the Cosmos. Specifically we will explore the how to work with the intricate web of wisdom within our bodies, unifying the womb, belly, heart, third eye and vagus nerve.

• Embodied practices for the womb, belly, heart, third eye, vagus nerve, and how it feels when we open to the entirety of our inner guidance centres.

Logistics

• Venue: Downward Dog, 30 Ossington, North of Queen Street.
  Note: The venue is on the 2nd floor. Stairs access only. Unfortunatley there are no elevators or escalators.
• We will be sitting on the floor. Yoga mats and bolsters will be provided.
• Wear clothes that are cozy, warm and comfortable.
