Dear Woman After a lovely spring-gathering we are now getting ready for an early summer-edition of “A Celebration of YOU”.
This event is an invitation to celebrate YOU, whomever you are and however you feel.
Supported by other women, we immerse in a full palate of practices, including:
ceremonial cacao, saunagus, dancing, yoga, free movement explorations, sharings, reflective writing, deep rest, meditation and exploration of connection.
The immersion is intended to give you time, space and practices to bring you into the embodied experience of a nurtured self.
ABOUT THE TEACHERS
The circle is facilitated by Malou and Janni, both are teachers at Rört in Dance, Yoga and Shake the dust, and share a passion for movement, growth, freedom and connection.
Janni Popp is facilitating movement practices with the intention of guiding participants into a state of freedom and authenticity. She is curious about the living experience of the human body, and is, besides a teacher of yoga and somatics, an authorized physiotherapist.
Malou Dee has been studying physical theatre, dance, performance and teacher trainings at different schools and places, and currently teaches dance full time.
By creatively challenging your body to move through new shapes, she invites you to explore a new sense of freedom, in your body and your mind.
