Introduction: 10-15 mins.
Breathwork: 65 mins.
Integration/Q&A: 15 mins.
Bineral beats will guide us, with headphones provided for immersive experience. After all, Breathwork is transformative, but only if you're committed. Post-journey, expect an elevated sense of self-love, clarity, breakthroughs, and reduced stress.
